They say turning 40 is no big deal. Well, for me, it was.
Three months after reaching the milestone birthday, I received news that no one wants to hear. Cancer. Stage 2 testicular cancer.
I had never been sick. But why cancer? Why now?
So began a two-year journey that changed my life forever. Fighting cancer taught me plenty about myself. Things that I needed to share with others.
